SOLVED!!! "None VZW UICC presentA Verizon Wireless LTE SIM card is not detected.Mobile Hotspot/Mobile broadband Connectservice needs a Verizon SIM card in order towork."

Do you have an andriod Verizon that comes up with this message when trying to on your Hotspot ?
"None VZW UICC present
A Verizon Wireless LTE SIM card is not detected.
Mobile Hotspot/Mobile broadband Connect
service needs a Verizon SIM card in order to
work."
Theres a simple a Simple App thats allows you to bypass this
1. Just go to your android Market       search for wifi Hotspot and Usb Tethering
2. Download the software, make sure u have a working Data .
3. Once it opens,  connect your hotspot and you should be connected incase your Hotspot still did not work. Just go to options change your device profile.
Hurray you are done....

    we can't pay via this svtp lite app inorder to use hotspot while other phone is free we will stop buying this phone
